Some months ago, my sister Shelly put together a Pixies tribute show, featuring many Philadelphia area bands. It was a good time.
Here are some quick "remixes" I did to serve as background music during changeover time between bands. All tracks are all reconstructed from pieces extracted from Pixies songs. Except for the bass. The Pixies are good and all, but someone had to step in with the synth bass. The tracks are intentionally long, and nominally repetitive. And #2 is a ripoff of the beat to Pharoahe Monch's "The Ass".

...and if I could say so without being made fun of: members of the Copyrec crew will be performing various things that probably don't involve dicking around with guitars.
...and possibly other stuff.

This seems to have the potential to be a stupid-good time. Come on out and give a proverbial finger to boring indie rock shows. This can be done by coming out to have a good time, or looking at pork consumption per capita by country.
